for our wedding, one of  my work friends gave me a book called the 5 love languages by gary chapman. he said it was a really good read, but with everything going on after the wedding i hadnt had time even open it. the other day i woke up, poured myself an amazing cup of coffee from my keurig, sat down, and started to read. let me tell ya, if you need inspiration or help in your marriage, check this book out! even if you have a good marriage..check it out. it is such an interesting book and so cool that someone is taking their talents in marriage counseling and putting them to good use, to share with everyone, not just the people that go in for therapy. the book talks about how there are 5 different love languages. each person has their primary love language and to 'speak' fluently with your spouse, you must learn each others language and adapt.  a particular quote from the book stuck with me..it made so much sense! it says "your emotional love language of your spouse may be as different as chinese from english. how true is this? you may be communicating all day long, but if its not what your spouse needs, then whats the point? anyways, i thought it would be awesome to take a copy of this book and send it to someone i knew and as soon as they were done, pass it on to someone else they knew..thoughts? i know that if my friend had not given me this book, i probably wouldnt have bought it much less knew it existed. how awesome would it be to share this with others and possibly help someone who is really struggling?? i feel that the information in this book is too good not to share with everyone i know....annnd everyone they know. with marriage success declining...shouldnt we try everything we can? it would be awesome to hear your thoughts and opinions! have a wonderful evening!
